Achievements and Employee Engagement

Rawabi Specialized Contracting (RSC) has been ranked by Bechtel as the top contractor for Jubail Industrial City, KSA. RSC achieved a 98.33% customer satisfaction rating for quality by our Jubail project as per the last audit conducted by Bechtel, the consultant and client representative of the Royal commission for Jubail and Yanbu. The audit is conducted once a year on all Bechtel contractors all over the kingdom. This distinctive mark has been given for the first time in the history of Bechtel to our Jubail project. Congratulations to Engr. Raymond Mardini, Area Manager, Jubail and his team for this great achievement!

 

New Projects

RSC has been awarded by Nesma & Partners a project with a value of SR 223k. Project Title: Water Proofing Works for Najran Cement Project. The scope of work includes supplying and applying a waterproofing system using HDPE Liner for Tanks with Geotextile and PVC coated termination strip.

 

RSC has been awarded by Nesma Eser Onur Cont. Co. a project with a value of SR4.42 million. Project Title: Water Proofing Works for Jeddah Storm Drainage Project. The scope of work to supply and apply waterproofing system using PVC Membrane to the storm drainage with non woven geotextile.

 

RSC has received a change order from Dammam port Authority with a value of SR 1.7 million. Project Title: Repair Works for Quay Walls. The scope of work to Rehabilitation/Removal of concrete Quay Walls/Berths and Construction of five (5) Villas.
